Reviews and Ratings
I had a surprisingly pleasant stay at this hotel. While some aspects still need improvement, particularly with the efficiency units, I was impressed with the cleanliness and comfort of my room, as well as the helpful staff. However, there were a few annoyances, like the keycard issues and the noise from the highway. The dining options were decent, making it a practical choice for a stopover.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The family room was spacious and accommodated us well, but the sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable, leading to my child sleeping on the floor. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, but we were let down by the lack of hot water during our stay. The staff were nice but didn't seem to handle issues proactively. Overall, while there were some highlights, including the breakfast, the negatives significantly impacted our experience.
The hotel is situated conveniently right off the Trans Canada Highway, making it an ideal stop between destinations. While I found the room to be spacious and the linens comfortable, the overall ambiance felt a bit dated. The dining options were convenient, but the restaurant experience left much to be desired, especially with such long wait times for food.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. While the dining was enjoyable with great food, I found the rooms outdated, and service could use a boost in friendliness. The location was convenient, but the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of renovations and attentiveness from the staff.
